The Lancer football team came out Thursday, Nov.
10 against Calabasas and had no problems on Senior
recognition night, defeating the Coyotes 28–0. The
Lancers recognized all team members before the game,
they made it a memorable one for the Kramer family as
the team came out with his jersey in a plaque signed by
the players. All of the seniors presented it to the family
before they proceeded with the rest of the seniors.
After the game the Lancers were tied for fourth with
Moorpark and Simi Valley, part of a three-way coin
toss for the last two playoff spots. TO took the fourth
seed, while Moorpark took the fifth and final spot.
“It’s a great feeling. Always good to win and make
playoffs, and to be in it. Still have a lot of work to do
this next week. We have to move on from the last game
and get ready for the first round,” quarterback junior
Clark Abourisk said.
The Lancers will face Quartz Hill on Friday, Nov.
18.
